What we’re looking for:
TextExpander is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager that will play a critical role in testing and scaling B2B customer acquisition strategies. This role will involve exploring various acquisition channels, product-led growth tactics, and other creative approaches to capture demand (inbound) and create demand (outbound) to acquire new prospects and convert them into ideal customers.

You obsess over your ideal customers and uncover new ways to reach and communicate with your target audience.
You can instrument and leverage analytics to inform your hypotheses and measure success, but you are comfortable testing and moving forward with imperfect/incomplete datasets.
You crave working with your counterparts in marketing, sales, success, product and others to launch compelling campaigns and create tight feedback loops that offer GTM learnings/insights that benefit all.
You have deep experience launching and scaling customer acquisition programs quickly and efficiently that drive real bookings and revenue impact for the business.
Responsibilities:
Test paid channels that drive new business leads/trials for TextExpander, including (but not limited to) paid search, paid social, display advertising, video advertising, affiliate marketing, tradeshows, and sponsorships.
Partner with Brand and Product Marketing to test and optimize messaging, positioning, & content to attract, educate, and convert prospects into qualified leads & customers.
Partner with Sales and Product to refine target audiences, co-create product-led and sales-led customer experiences, collect feedback and optimize our GTM motion & outcomes.
Create a demand plan to manage daily marketing budgets, forecast traffic, and forecast qualified lead volumes, pipeline impact, and bookings.
Create & own a reporting suite and reporting cadence to keep teammates and leadership informed on tests, learnings, key results and impact of your programs.
Partner with Finance to develop ROAS targets by customer segment, anticipated conversion through the funnel, ROI, and LTV/CAC targets.
Help create and inform various attribution models to answer key business questions and better understand the customer journey.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in digital marketing acquisition strategies and/or demand generation with a focus on B2B SaaS
Experience optimizing the Apple and Android app stores, and Chrome web store for customer acquisition
Deep experience in most, if not all, of the following paid channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Display Ads, Google Analytics, Content Syndication, Trade Associations & Publications
Comfortable working with remote teams
Reliable, smart, honest, organized, positive, personable
Self-motivated, and comfortable with little supervision
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, CRM, video communication tools
Quick learner and eager to use new tools
Creative problem solver with close attention to detail
Tech needed for the job:
High-speed, reliable Internet connection
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or other related field of study
8+ years managing customer acquisition and growth programs
